Last weekend I decided I would make a batch of cupcakes or muffins to stop my cravings & trips to the vending machine in work. So I was browsing through a relatively new book someone bought me as a present – the Primrose Bakery book – and came across these beauties.
I’ve used nutella before in cupcakes (in the chocolate fondant ones) but only by adding it after – not before cooking.
All went well with these, except a little note to self for next time that when heating the nutella to make it easier to work with, maybe do it using a Bain Marie as overheating can make it solidify!!
Despite this mishap, there were super easy & very yummy!
