Veggie Christmas

This Christmas I had a Gruyere & sage tart, a recipe found in an old Sainsburys magazine. It’s basically mushrooms & leeks cooked with sage and layered in a tart base. It’s topped with a mixture of stuffing mix, creme fraiche, egg, and gruyere cheese. It’s then finished with sprinkling of more stuffing mix and grated Gruyere. The good thing about this (other than that it’s really delicious!) is you still get to have all trimmings that come with Christmas dinner (except the gravy, which I made my own veggie version of).
