A friend of mine’s mum has a wonderful Indian recipe blog and I finally got round to trying one of her recipes recently. The first attempt was a rush job but this second time, I managed to spend a little more time on it, to make sure I got it right. The sauce is absolutely delicious, I’d highly recommend it. I LOVE coriander so I put loads of fresh coridander on top… and served it with a simple pilaff recipe from Anjum Anand’s Indian Food Made Easy book.
